Several areas including Chintal, Ganesh Nagar, Shapur, IDPL, Venkateshwara Nagar, Vani Nagar and Berappa Nagar do not have proper roads. One of the 24 constituencies of GHMC, Qutbullapur is thickly populated and several colonies are coming up with new apartments and villas coming up, but residents rue the lack of proper roads. Pothole-ridden roads, coupled with poor illumination, are leading to accidents every other day. It is one of the busiest junctions but sue to the bad condition of roads, school-going children and others are inconvenienced.
